One Medical is a tech-enabled primary care delivery system with over 70 offices across 8 markets in the United States. By leveraging these technology and office-based platforms to enable self-directed prevention activities, this integrated primary care mental health delivery model facilitates population-level mental well-being screening and provides patients with novel treatment modalities. These mental health treatment programs include (1) intensive in-person group behavior change programs for stress, anxiety, depression and insomnia; (2) a virtual mental health coaching program focused on skills-based behavior change; and (3) a high-access primary care system supported by psychiatric nurse practitioners.
